論「無如是失至不言識色」，曇摩多羅部釋。以世間共說眼見色，不言識色故。

On the Śāstra's statement: "There is no such fault [...] it is not said to cognise visible form": this is an explanation by the school of Dharmatrāta. It is because the world by common consensus says that the eye sees visible form, but does not say that it cognises visible form.
