[On the passage in] the treatise, "The seventh, the paths leading to all destinies... having the ten knowledges as its nature": This explains the seventh [power]. The Nyāyānusāra says: "Unobstructed knowledge that truly knows the causes and fruits of saṃsāra, as well as knowing the path to their cessation, is called the knowledge-power of the paths leading to all destinies. The intended meaning is to show that the Buddha can truly know the practices leading to saṃsāra and the practices leading to nirvāṇa. Within the practices leading to saṃsāra, there are those leading to the hells and up to those leading to the heavenly destinies, and within each there are further multiple kinds. The practices leading to nirvāṇa have the distinct paths of the three vehicles, and within each there are further multiple kinds. Based on a general designation, the single name 'paths leading to all destinies' is given (thus far the treatise text)."
