論「應審思擇至名內等淨」，兩部諍初、二定樂支已，次共評論第二定內淨支也。此是有部令經部應審思也。

On the Śāstra's phrase: "One should carefully deliberate [...] is called internal tranquility": after the two schools have debated the bliss factor of the first and second dhyānas, they next jointly evaluate the internal tranquility (adhyātmasaṃprasāda) factor of the second dhyāna. This is the Sarvāstivādin bidding the Sautrāntika to deliberate carefully.
