論「此定遠離至如河有浪」，經部釋也。即是此第二定遠離尋、伺鼓動、相續清淨轉，名內等淨也。
On the Śāstra's phrase: "This concentration being free from [...] like a river having waves": the Sautrāntika explains. That is, this second dhyāna being free from the agitation of vitarka and vicāra, with its continuum flowing in purity, is called internal tranquility.
