論「一類外道至皆從於我」，大文第三破外道中第二破勝論師。彼說諸心生時，皆從於我，是我德故。

On the Śāstra's statement: "A certain class of non-Buddhists [...] all come from the self": This is the second part of the third major section refuting non-Buddhists, refuting the Vaiśeṣikas. They state that when the various thoughts arise, they all proceed from the self, because they are qualities (guṇa) of the self.
