論「非擇為先至亦是無常」，論主答也。擇滅本有，非擇為先方有擇滅，如何擇滅亦是無常？

[When] the treatise [states]: "It is not that deliberation comes first ... is also impermanent," the author of the treatise replies: "Cessation through deliberation is inherently existent; it is not that deliberation comes first and only then is there cessation through deliberation. How then could cessation through deliberation also be impermanent?"
