論「如是三心唯是意識」，准此論文，威儀、工巧、通果三心唯是意識，非是五識。《婆沙》云「是威儀、工巧者，說加行也。此說通果心唯意識，據化心說，明諸心相生亦唯意識。」

The Śāstra says, "These three minds are exclusively mental consciousness": according to this śāstra text, the three minds—deportment, craft, and fruition-of-supernormal-power—are exclusively mental consciousness, not the five sense consciousnesses. The Vibhāṣā says: "That which is deportment and craft refers to preparatory application. Here it is said that the mind of fruition-of-supernormal-power is exclusively mental consciousness, which is stated on the basis of the mind of transformation; clarifying the mutual arising of various minds is also exclusively [concerned with] mental consciousness."
