7.148

論「由疑續善至爾時名得」，明得欲善心也。疑續善時及界退還，爾時染心正現在前，欲界善得已至生相，名之為得。欲界善心唯此二位。

The treatise says: "Because of reconnecting the roots of good through doubt... at that time it is said to be acquired." This explains the acquisition of the good mind of the desire realm. When reconnecting the roots of good through doubt and when falling back from a realm, at that time a defiled mind is directly present, and the acquisition of the desire realm's good mind has reached the state of arising, which is called "acquisition." The good mind of the desire realm occurs only in these two situations.
