論「第三句者至心心所法」，此是心等無間緣生，是心、心所故。是心無間從心生，中間無隔故。

On the Śāstra's statement: "As for the third alternative … minds and mental factors": this is born from the mind as an equal-and-immediate condition, because it is a mind or mental factor. It is immediate to the mind because it arises from the mind with no interval between them.
