論「云何未來至說名有為」，反難問也。未來未已生，不許說已生；未來未有作，如何說有為？

On the Śāstra's statement: 'How can future [phenomena], up to: be called "conditioned" (saṃskṛta)?': this poses a counter-objection. If future [phenomena] have not already arisen and are not permitted to be called 'already arisen', then since future [phenomena] have not yet been produced, how can they be called 'conditioned'?
