論「由能作思力所造故」，答反難也。未來之法非能作已作，思所造故名有為。
On the Śāstra's statement: 'Because they are produced by the power of volition that is able to produce': this answers the counter-objection. Future phenomena are not yet actually produced, but because they are produced by volition, they are called conditioned.
