On the Śāstra's statement, "The Truth of the Path should also... because it is of conditioned nature": This is an objection. The previous explanation stated: Neither-painful-nor-pleasant sensation is made suffering by conditioned forces because it is conditioned by multiple causes. As the sūtra states: "Whatever is impermanent is suffering. Just as with sensation, so it is with phenomena conforming to sensation." Following this, the Truth of the Path is also conditioned; because it is conditioned by multiple causes, because its nature is impermanent, and because of its conditioned nature, it should be subsumed under suffering through conditioned forces.
