14.29

若得靜慮者，成靜慮生律儀，謂戒從靜慮生，或依靜慮故，名靜慮生律儀。若得聖者，成道生律儀。

If one obtains dhyāna, one possesses the restraint born of dhyāna; that is, because the precepts arise from dhyāna or rely on dhyāna, they are called the restraint born of dhyāna. If one obtains [the status of] the noble, one possesses the restraint born of the path.
