15.78

地獄善除現者，此下約別論也。於地獄中，四種善業除順現受，無愛果故，惡容造四。

Regarding "in the hells, good [karma] excludes the present", from here downward it is discussed specifically. In the hells, among the four kinds of good karma, that to be experienced in the present is excluded, because there is no agreeable fruit [there]; of evil [karma], four can be produced.
