20.60

釋曰：初兩行明三漏，次一行明瀑流及軛，後一行明四取。欲煩惱并纏，除癡名欲漏者，此四十一物名欲漏體，謂欲界繫根本煩惱有三十一，并十纏成四十一。

The commentary explains: The first two lines clarify the three effluents, the next one line clarifies the floods and yokes, and the last line clarifies the four graspings. "Afflictions of desire together with the entanglements, excluding delusion, are called the effluent of desire" means that these forty-one entities are called the substance of the effluent of desire; that is, the root afflictions bound to the desire realm are thirty-one, which together with the ten entanglements make forty-one.
