21.15

釋曰：又五順下分者，一身見、二戒禁取、三疑、四欲貪、五瞋。問：「何緣此五名順下分？」答：「下謂欲界，此五順益下分界故，名順下分。」

Explanation: "Furthermore, five accord with the lower tier": 1. identity view (satkāyadṛṣṭi); 2. adherence to rules and rituals (śīlavrataparāmarśa); 3. doubt (vicikitsā); 4. desire-greed (kāmarāga); 5. hostility (pratigha). Question: "For what reason are these five called 'according with the lower tier'?" Answer: "'Lower' refers to the desire realm. Because these five accord with and foster the realm of the lower tier, they are called 'according with the lower tier.'"
