上界三亦爾者，上二界四諦合成三遍知，如欲界數，故言亦爾。一色無色見苦集斷遍知、二色無色見滅斷遍知、三色無色見道斷遍知。此上六種遍知，名三界見諦所斷法斷六種遍知。言法斷者，擇滅名也。

"For the upper realms, three likewise": the four truths of the two upper realms combine to form three comprehensive knowledges, like the number for the desire realm; hence it says "likewise": first, the comprehensive knowledge of abandonment through seeing suffering and origin in the form and formless realms; second, the comprehensive knowledge of abandonment through seeing cessation in the form and formless realms; third, the comprehensive knowledge of abandonment through seeing the path in the form and formless realms. These six kinds of comprehensive knowledge above are called the six kinds of comprehensive knowledge of the abandonment of dharmas abandoned by seeing the truths across the three realms. The phrase "abandonment of dharmas" is a name for cessation through deliberation.
