唯初盡遍修，九地有漏得者，唯初盡智現在前時，力能遍修九地有漏不淨觀等無量功德，以彼自心初為王位，一切善法起得來朝。

[Regarding] "Only at the first exhaustion does one cultivate comprehensively the contaminated virtues of the nine stages": only when the initial knowledge of exhaustion is currently manifesting does it have the power to cultivate comprehensively the immeasurable contaminated virtues of the nine stages, such as the contemplation of impurity. This is because when one's own mind first ascends to royal status, all wholesome dharmas give rise to acquisition and come to pay homage.
