28.11

釋曰：無色亦如是者，無色定體四，各有二種：生無色體，〈世品〉已說；定無色體，亦善性攝。心一境性與色界同，故言如是。

Explanation: Regarding "the formless are likewise": the four formless absorptions in essence each have two kinds: the essence of the formless as rebirth has already been explained in the "Chapter on the World"; the essence of the formless as concentration is also subsumed under the wholesome nature. Their one-pointedness of mind is identical with that of the form realm, hence it says 'likewise.'
