'Dharma means the three truths in their entirety and the paths of the bodhisattva and the pratyekabuddha': This refers to the Dharma that is believed in; that is, the three truths of suffering, origination, and cessation in their entirety are called Dharma. Within the truth of the path, the path of the bodhisattva and the path of the pratyekabuddha are called Dharma: because the bodhisattva and the pratyekabuddha each consist of only a single person, which does not constitute the meaning of a Saṅgha, they are called Dharma. The morality received by the noble one is concomitant with direct realization, and therefore at all times there is none where it is not also attained. (The explanation says: this clarifies that Dharma and morality are common to the seeing of all four truths.)
