次解所緣中。初約有見有對解；二、約顯、形、表等三色。分別有四，復次，初、列三色體數；二、辨三色相；三、對辨差別；第四、偏明顯色有好惡等。

Next, in explaining the cognitive object: first, it is explained in terms of visible and resistant; second, in terms of the three [types of] matter: color, shape, and informative matter. In the discrimination, there are four [points]: furthermore, first, listing the substance and number of the three [types of] matter; second, distinguishing the marks of the three [types of] matter; third, distinguishing differences comparatively; fourth, specifically explaining that color has good, bad, and so forth.
