正見心中，方續善根，以斷善時，斷彼現行，今時還續現善，種子先有，不可說續。若言猶豫，是彼疑使，疑使無間，起正見心，名證決定，續善根者。

Only within the mind of right view does one reconnect the roots of goodness, because when severing goodness, one severs its active manifestations, and now one reconnects active goodness anew; the seeds existed previously and cannot be said to be reconnected. If one says hesitation is that underlying taint of doubt, immediately following the underlying taint of doubt the mind of right view arises, which is called realizing certainty and reconnecting the roots of goodness.
