前後合有四種，有釋：此中四義，故曰相應。一、教理玄會，二、行果冥符，三、智境剋諧，四、空有不二。

Before and after, there are four kinds in total. One interpretation says: Because there are four meanings herein, it is called conjunction (yoga): 1. teaching and principle profoundly unite; 2. practice and fruition mysteriously tally; 3. cognition and object directly harmonize; 4. emptiness and existence are non-dual.
