第二，次明對機施不施中，先略；後廣。廣中有三：一、就內身辨施不施；二、約外物辨施不施；三、行布施時，普於一切下，明施方軌。

Second, next in clarifying giving and non-giving corresponding to the recipient's capacity, there is first a brief explanation and later an extensive one.
