基云：即遮止、開許、攝授、調伏為四，不取身口二業也。及五度，不論戒度。此九即戒度也。
Ji says: That is, prohibiting, permitting, embracing, and subduing form four, not taking the two bodily and verbal karmas; and the five perfections, without discussing the perfection of morality. These nine are precisely the perfection of morality.
