The phrase 'awakening to and entering all knowables' refers to the two wisdoms of preparatory application and direct realization. From 'and having awakened to and entered' downward, it explains the subsequently attained wisdom taking ultimate principle as object; or it may be that the former is preparatory application and the latter is direct realization. The subsequently attained [wisdom's] statement 'awakening to and entering all knowables, discerning phenomena' means discerning the pariniṣpanna-nature of all phenomena, and does not mean that discerning the paratantra-nature is called discerning. From 'universally regarding all' downward, it explains wisdom taking the conventional as object, as stated earlier in the Chapter on Powers and Gotras.
