基云：法謂如法不以邪命而得財，業謂商主等業而得財，德謂道德，有德故得財，他供養者是。
Ji says: "'Dharma' means obtaining wealth in accordance with the Dharma, not through wrong livelihood. 'Occupation' means obtaining wealth through occupations such as being a merchant-leader. 'Virtue' means the Dao and virtue: because one possesses virtue, one obtains wealth, which is the offerings given by others."
