於後法利勸導利行者：謂正勸導等者，測云：現與後樂後決定故名為後，現報不定故不明現。

Regarding "the beneficent practice of exhortation with respect to benefit in future lives": as for "correctly exhorting, etc.," Ce says: "Present and future bliss are called 'future' because the future is certain; since present retribution is indeterminate, the present is not explained here."
