10.589

基云：或先時以來造惡者，名先惡行者。測云：有罪行者，於善無記心犯所受戒，如在無學位犯罪。雜染行者雜即雜染犯罪也。又云：初之二種，於己起過純雜分二也。

Ji says: "Or, those who have committed evil since earlier times are called 'those of previously evil conduct.' Ce says: ''Those of offensive conduct' commit offenses against the precepts they received with a wholesome or indeterminate mind, like committing an offense while in the stage of an arhat. 'Those of defiled conduct' commit offenses that are defiled, where defilement itself is the offense.' It also says: 'The first two divide faults arising in oneself into pure and mixed.'"
