解涅槃寂靜中，先法；次喻。法中，初釋涅槃名；次出涅槃體；後約人辨。

In explaining "Nirvāṇa is tranquility," first is the phenomenon, next is the simile. In the phenomenon: first, explaining the name of nirvāṇa; next, setting forth the essence of nirvāṇa; afterward, distinguishing it in terms of the person.
