11.30

下云由此菩薩已得證入不退轉地等者，測云：謂由已入第八地已上，故常在淨土恒見諸佛他受用身而作供養。又解：不退有二：一、八地已上證得無相無功用故任運恒有進無退；二、初地已上證見真如無分別等諸見煩惱及諸苦觸所不能動。今於此中，通據一種不動也。

Regarding the passage below that says 'because this bodhisattva has already attained realization and entered the stage of non-retrogression,' Ce says: this means that because they have already entered the eighth stage and above, they are constantly in the pure land, always beholding the other-enjoyment bodies of all Buddhas and making offerings to them. Another explanation: non-retrogression is of two kinds: first, from the eighth stage and above, because they have realized signlessness and effortlessness, they naturally and constantly advance without regressing; second, from the first stage and above, because they have realized and seen tathatā, they cannot be moved by false views and afflictions such as discrimination, nor by various painful contacts. Here, [the text] generally relies on a single kind of immovability.
