諸菩薩與七大性相應故名大乘等者，前三唯地前，四增上意樂大唯在地上。

Regarding 'all bodhisattvas are associated with the seven great natures, hence it is called Mahāyāna,' and so forth: the first three are exclusively prior to the grounds, while the fourth, the great nature of elevated resolve, is exclusively on the grounds.
