11.67

前中，云無差別，流轉苦者，即是苦諦。復有二苦等者，泰云：言欲為根本苦者，因欲故貪著內外可愛事，可愛事若變壞時便生諸苦也。

In the first part, stating that there is no differentiation and that it is the suffering of transmigration refers precisely to the truth of suffering. Regarding the statement that there are further two forms of suffering and so forth, Tai says: regarding the suffering that has desire as its root, because of desire one greedily clings to internal and external agreeable things, and when agreeable things decay and disintegrate, all forms of suffering arise.
