言具足覺支圓滿，此住菩薩加行行圓滿所攝故者，功用究竟也，妙智者，則空方便智也。神通行清淨者，引發世間殊勝行，離相修習名為清淨。能入第八住者，功用行終得入八地無功用位。

Regarding "fully endowed with the factors of awakening to completion; because this dwelling bodhisattva is subsumed under the fulfillment of preparatory practice": this means that effort has reached its consummation. "Wonderful wisdom" is the wisdom of skill in means regarding emptiness. "Purification of supernormal practices" means inducing superior worldly practices, where cultivating free from marks is called purification. "Being able to enter the eighth dwelling" means that when practice with effort comes to an end, one is able to enter the effortless stage of the eighth stage.
