言身者是第二隨何等身量，如經說，爾時菩薩其身殊妙稱可華座等。言諸眷屬者，第三隨何等眷屬，如經說，爾時大寶蓮華王眷屬蓮華上皆有菩薩等。

The mention of the "body" is the second: depending on what kind of bodily size, as the sūtra states that at that time the bodhisattva's body is exquisite and marvelous, commensurate with the lotus seat, and so on. The mention of the "retinues" is the third: depending on what kind of retinue, as the sūtra states that at that time, upon the surrounding lotus flowers of the great jewel lotus king, there are bodhisattvas, and so on.
