皆得見聞一切諸佛大會，第五隨何等處者，即是光明所出處也，如經說，何以故，佛子是乃至功德智慧而現在前故也。

"All are able to see and hear the great assemblies of all buddhas" is the fifth: depending on what kind of place, which is precisely the place from which the radiance emerges, as the sūtra states: For what reason? Disciple of the Buddha, it is because such merit and wisdom manifest before them.
