一切行相一切智智灌灑其頂等者，第六隨所得位，如經說，如是佛子爾時諸佛放眉間白毫相光名益一切智通，乃至入彼頂時名為得位等，基云：謂以法水灌灑其頂，名一切相。此乃一切智智也，所作也。

"Sprinkling and consecrating the crown of their head with all-aspect omniscient knowledge of all modes, and so forth" is the sixth: depending on what kind of status is attained, as the sūtra states: Thus, disciple of the Buddha, at that time the buddhas emit from the white curl between their eyebrows a light named Augmenting All Knowledge and Supernormal Powers, and so forth, up to when it enters their crown, it is named attaining the rank, and so on. Ji states: This means using dharma water to sprinkle and consecrate their crown, which is called "all modes"; this is the activity performed by the all-aspect omniscient knowledge.
