及大神通增上引發者，第六明神通事。若依地論，此下並有神通力無上有上分，無上者比餘眾生神通力故，有上者由比於如來神通力故。

"And predominantly giving rise to great supernormal powers" is the sixth [clause], clarifying supernormal deeds. If one relies on the Daśabhūmivyākhyāna, below this there is also the division of supernormal powers having superiors and having no superiors: "having no superior" is in comparison to the supernormal powers of other sentient beings; "having a superior" is because they are compared to the supernormal powers of the Tathāgata.
