第二定劫多小中，言若就後說乃至不過此量者，遠師云：以不思議經中，百二十數作一僧祇量。又解：百二十數中初有百三為初劫量，次有十四為第二劫，復有三數為第三劫。

In the second part, determining the quantity of the kalpas: regarding the passage from 'if spoken of according to the latter' up to 'not exceeding this measure', Master Yuan says: 'Because in the Acintya-sūtra, a count of one hundred and twenty constitutes the measure of one asaṃkhyeya.' Another explanation says: 'Among the one hundred and twenty numbers, the first one hundred and three constitute the measure of the first kalpa; the next fourteen constitute the second kalpa; and there are another three numbers that constitute the third kalpa.'
