義曰：此三劫皆在因故不言證佛，佛三劫外故，又前明二劫文皆有次第之言，乃至證得極喜住等，今此第三無次第之言，故不言如來地，但守自位。

The meaning is: these three kalpas are entirely within the cause, so it does not speak of realizing Buddhahood, because Buddhahood is outside the three kalpas. Furthermore, the earlier texts explaining the two kalpas both contain the phrase 'in sequence', up to 'realizing the Pramuditā abode, etc.'; now, this third one has no phrase 'in sequence', and therefore it does not speak of the Tathāgata stage, but merely maintains its own position.
