第二次第，云普於一切緣生法中，觀察最勝妙法住智者，處非處智力知愛非愛果住善惡因中，故言妙法住智。次起業力，觀在家分至修證差別者，自業智力知在家人曾當現時修因證果種種差別。

Regarding the second sequence, as for "generally, among all conditioned dharmas, observing the cognition of the supreme and wondrous abiding of dharmas": the power of cognition of what is possible and impossible knows that desirable and undesirable fruits abide in wholesome and unwholesome causes; hence it is called the cognition of the wondrous abiding of dharmas. Next, as for "generating the power of karma, observing the household lot... down to: differentiations in cultivation and realization": the power of cognition of one's own karma knows the various differentiations of laypeople in the past, future, and present times regarding cultivating causes and realizing fruits.
