如是觀察在家分已乃至如實觀照一切世間者，業力觀在家分已，起靜慮解脫智力觀諸靜慮名觀出家，以色界定離於五欲名為出家，謂觀色界有漏靜慮等非出苦道，知諸世間無救無歸由大悲故以其佛眼觀照世間。

As for "having thus observed the household lot... down to: truly illuminating all worlds": having observed the household lot through the power of karma, one generates the power of cognition of dhyāna and liberations to observe the dhyānas, which is called observing the renunciant [lot]. Because the concentrations of the form realm are detached from the five desires, they are called renunciation. That is, observing that the contaminated dhyānas and so forth of the form realm are not the path of transcending suffering, and knowing that all worlds are without refuge and without protection, one illuminates and contemplates the worlds with the Buddha eye out of great compassion.
