Regarding the passage: "By this condition, those that are embraced [by it], and so forth, down to: are swiftly established": Here, because the factors conducive to liberation (mokṣabhāgīya) and so forth serve as conditions, the worldly seeds of merit-conducive wholesome roots and nominal unmanifest/indeterminate seeds increasingly possess functional capacity, the seeds of wholesome karma and so forth increasingly possess efficacy, and the seeds of wholesome roots that are one's own factors conducive to liberation are swiftly established. "Established" means capable of intensely generating superior fruits; furthermore, it means swiftly establishing the seeds of merit-conducive wholesome roots and so forth. Here, this encompasses both senses: newly perfumed and originally existent. Regarding "Furthermore, due to these seeds, those wholesome dharmas are produced and become increasingly radiant": because of the seeds of the factors conducive to liberation and so forth, one's own active wholesome dharmas are also produced and become increasingly radiant. It is also said: this refers to the active manifestations of merit-conducive wholesome roots. If so, how does this differ from the previous phrase "become even more radiant"? The commentary explains: they are superior to before because they increase moment by moment.
