答中，先通初難。隨順轉故至不相妨礙者，諸色之中有相違者，各據處所有一無二，若相隨順則一中有多，又由如是種類之業增上所感如是而生者，此由業故於一塵處而有多微，何以得知有多。

In the answer, the first objection is resolved first. From 'Because they proceed in accordance...' to '...they do not impede one another': Among the forms, there are those that are mutually contradictory, each occupying its own locus so that where there is one, there is no second; but if they are mutually accommodating, then there are many within one. 'Moreover, because they are produced as such through the predominance of such kinds of karma': this means that due to karma, there are many atoms in the locus of a single dust particle. How is it known that there are many?
