一切色聚，一切色根共受用故者，一切色聚之中，課取一物最細小者具有諸塵，眼見是色，鼻嗅有香，舌甞有味，身覺有觸故也。

Regarding 'Because all form-agglomerations are shared and experienced by all physical sense faculties': within all form-agglomerations, taking an assessment of the most minute single entity, it possesses all the sense data: the eye sees it as color/form, the nose smells its scent, the tongue tastes its flavor, and the body feels its touch.
