田差別者，由田差別生長不同。由勝定等者，如修天眼耳根入初禪勝定，勝定力故，於先引起能造大種，如是後時，方乃修得天眼耳根所造之色。

Regarding 'diversity of field': due to diversity of fields, growth is different. Regarding 'through superior concentration and so forth': for example, cultivating the divine eye and ear faculties and entering the superior concentration of the first dhyāna, through the power of superior concentration, one first induces the generating great elements; in this way, at a later time, one then cultivates and attains the forms derived from the divine eye and ear faculties.
