測述二解。一說，就彼宗破，若唯有心王無別心所，二心王不俱有故，是初貪等應不依識。一說，就自宗破，於一一識同類，二心不俱有故。

Ce set forth two explanations. One says: It refutes from the standpoint of their school: if there is only the primary mind without separate mental factors, because two primary minds do not exist simultaneously, this initial greed and the like should not depend on consciousness. The other says: It refutes from the standpoint of our own school: for each individual consciousness of the same category, two minds do not exist simultaneously.
