所餘、非執受等者，餘七心界及以法界一向非執受。若離彼五根及不離根五塵餘之八界，別有能執心執受，於彼不可得故。

Regarding 'the remainder are not appropriated', and so forth: the remaining seven consciousness elements and the factor-element (dharmadhātu) are strictly not appropriated. If separated from those five faculties and from the five sense objects that are not separated from the faculties, apart from them there is no other apprehending mind found to appropriate the other eight elements.
