15.77

泰基同云：年十五以去根熟，若起煩惱性多上品。非處加行煩惱者，謂非可起煩惱處，是不可起加行處而起煩惱也，即於三寶所所起諸煩惱。

Tai and Ji both say: From the age of fifteen onward, the faculties mature; if afflictions arise, they are mostly of the upper grade by nature. The afflictions of improper preparation refer to where afflictions ought not to arise; it is where active preparations ought not to be aroused, yet afflictions are aroused, namely the various afflictions aroused with respect to the Three Jewels.
