三藏云：此為後三品，若世間道伏九品時但伏前六品，以此後三能伏故。然者六品亦有九品，故言世間道伏九品。

The Tripiṭaka Master says: This constitutes the last three grades. When the worldly path subdues the nine grades, it only subdues the first six grades, because these last three are capable of subduing. However, the six grades also have nine grades, hence it is said that the worldly path subdues the nine grades.
